Hello scrapy-users, there was a hickup in the deployment to PyPI source distribution is not available, and only the Python3 wheel is there
therefore, pip install Scrapy==1.1.0rc2 will only work on Python3 until we fix it. Sorry for the inconvenience. Stay tuned for updates.
