The Scratch Team has re-released the Scratch 1.4 source code under
the GPL v2. You can find a link to the source tarball here: http://info.scratch.mit.edu/Scratch_1.4_Source_GPL While the Scratch source code has long been available under the Scratch Source Code License, we decided to re-release it under the GPL to make it easier for distros like Red Hat and Ubuntu to make Scratch available in their repositories. Many thanks to all who have contributed their efforts to helping Scratch run on free open source platforms.
