There should be one in the
/scratchbox/device_tools/fakeroot-1.4.2/your-compiler/
If not, something went wrong in the toolchain compilation.
You can reproduce the device_tools compilation with command:
matö -C meta/device_tools CONFIG=meta/toolchain/your-config.conf arch-tools device-tools
