If you really need this, it's much easier just to build the software for your target. * When the documentation generation is of no interest, circumventing build issues with autotools/gtk-doc, it's recommended to redirect gtk-doc scripts to /scratchbox/tools/bin/true or create a dummy scripts (or symlinks) for them in /host_usr/bin inside scratchbox. * As usual, the Apophis R4 wiki page [1] contains the information on known issues etc. Report bugs to scratchbox.org bugzilla.
