Details:
For example I'm using KOI8-R terminal and in one screen terminal I login to
CP1251 shell. I set :encoding CP1251 and expect to see output in this shell
recoded from CP1251 to KOI8-R, but it isn't. Please, clarify behavoiur of
encoding in man (in case I don't understand what it really do) or fix encdoing
problem (in case this is bug of not recoding).
