Details:
As of "Screen version 4.00.03jw4 (FAU) 2-May-06" (Debian), screen freezes
when the rxvt is resized to less than 2 lines height.
(Resizing to such small sizes can accidentally happen with tiling window
managers, e.g., xmonad)
Config includes "hardstatus alwayslastline".
Closing the window and trying to reattach with "screen -r" results in a
message about dead sessions being printed -- one has to wipe the resized
session.
