Details:
I'd like it if windows that have been silent could stand out in the
hardstatus and/or caption.
Could be configurable with
rendition silence "=u"
The default should be "=u" I think, since it's a good mnemonic with the
keybinding "_" which is poor man's typesetting for underline. And it doesn't
collide with the other default renditions.
The reason I chose "4.1.0" as planned is that I'm guessing this won't be too
hard and I'd like to see it soon.
