Details:
I took a peek in the scripting branch of git. I saw what I thought was neat
document, src/drafts/screen_internal by Rui Guo. This helped me understand a
little about what was going on inside Screen. So, I wanted to include it in
the texinfo manual. The attached patch includes that information.
Comments are welcomed.
