Details:
Commonly screen appears to be invoked such as this
screen /dev/ttyUSB0 115200
i.e. as screen device arg(s)
yet this is not documented so far as I can see, let alone CLEARLY
It is too good to remain that way.
Looks like info/man pages and at least exit_wit_usage could do with
improving.
