Summary: Support for newer terminal mouse modes Project: GNU Screen Submitted by: scovich Submitted on: Mon 27 Aug 2012 03:46:33 PM GMT Category: Feature Request Severity: 3 - Normal Priority: 5 - Normal Status: None Privacy: Public Assigned to: None Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any Release: 4.0.3 Fixed Release: None Planned Release: None Work Required: None _______________________________________________________ Details: Many terminals have recently added support for so-called "rxvt" and "sgr" mouse modes which are superior to the traditional "x10" mouse mode. Unfortunately, screen doesn't recognize any of them and filters out their escape sequences. The attached patch implements support for x10, utf8-x10, rxvt, and sgr mouse modes. It also fixes a long-standing bug where mouse sequences are mangled if they get split across 2+ I/O calls. _______________________________________________________ File Attachments: ------------------------------------------------------- Date: Mon 27 Aug 2012 03:46:33 PM GMT Name: screen-ext-mouse.patch Size: 11kB By: scovich Patch implementing newer terminal mouse modes <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/download.php?file_id=26434> _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?37206> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org/
