'screen -list' should show:
24617.pts-24.some_host (Attached to PID 8837)
Where 8837 is PID of 'screen -r' command. Currently it does:
24617.pts-24.some_host (Attached)
PID of client will help to find correct SSH_AUTH_SOCK value.
