Details:
after 23c7d0e in screen-v4 branch, a screen process crashes when parsing
'logfile' parameter.
reproduce procedure:
* compile screen (latest git screen-v4 branch)
* create simple .screenrc (e.g. echo 'logfile screen.log' > .screenrc)
* start a screen using simple .screenrc (e.g. /path/to/screen-4.3.1 -c
.screenrc)
