Details:
When I run "cgdb" to debug a program through screen having LC_ALL=C.UTF-8
enabled the "drawing" characters rendered wrongly like the attached image
(wrong.png) instead of the (correct.png).
The issue doesn't happen without screen directly in xterm.
The "xterm" has utf8 enabled
I am enabling "utf8 on" on screenrc.
I've tried also to enable "screenrc" "term xterm"
where garbage characters appear on the screen.
