The following hardstatus works correctly on 4.9.1. However it produces the
error "Missing ' quote" under 4.99.0 development branch at has c184c6e.
The hardstatus line that fails is:
hardstatus string '%{gk}[%{G}%H%{g}][%= %{wk}%?%-Lw%?%{=b kR}(%{W}%n*%f
%t%?(%u)%?%{=b kR})%{= kw}%?%+Lw%?%?%= %{g}]%{=b C}[%m/%d/%y %c]%{W}'
The following was also tried. It also fails with the above error:
hardstatus string '%{gk}[%{G}%H%{g}][%= %{wk}%?%-Lw%?%{=b kR}(%{W}%n*%f
%t%?(%u)%?%{=b kR})%{= kw}%?%+Lw%?%?%= %{g}]%{=b C}[%m/%d/%y %C %A]%{W}'
