If a window is too narrow to change the name of it by pressing ctrl+a A, that
function is disabled entirely. Even after making the window bigger or worse,
even if you change to a different window, pressing ctrl+a A doesn't do
anything. Thus the message has been shown ('Width XX too small'), you can
never change any window's name anymore.
This bug doesn't seem to appear in the master branch, but is present back to
at least 2018 in the screen-v4 branch.
