When doing
echo -ne "\033]0;qqqq\007"
from a shell under screen, the string "qqqq" with a proper screening by
\033]<number>; ... \007 will be sent twice.
First in SetXtermOSC(), then in ShowHStatus().
Probably that should be done only once.
PS: in a "normal life" that xterm header would be set by a properly configured
shell indicating, for example, current directory.
