In screen 5.0.0, the kill and quit commands both have a --confirm option
that's not documented in the man or info pages.

In screen v4, the default behavior (I think, at least in my installations) of
both kill and quit was to prompt before executing.

In v5, (in my Cygwin build) the default keybinding for k is kill --confirm,
but the default for \ is just quit. A safer default keybinding for \ would be
quit --confirm.
