I've recorded a short video to demonstrate this better, but basically when
switching from one window to the next, if the windows is showing emacs, then
emacs displays everything black (until you refresh emacs).

In the attached screen recording, I have a single screen session with two
windows.  I start on the emacs screen, type some stuff, switch to the second
window then back to the first.  Emacs is now black, until I refresh emacs.

This seems to have started with screen 5.0.

emacs-30.2-1.fc42.x86_64
screen-5.0.1-4.fc42.x86_64
