All, I see that - although there is a LOT of newer development on screen, that the main version of screen itself is stuck at 4.0.3 from 2008. Is there a reason for this? Can it be rectified? Ed (btw - As far as a killer feature goes to help advance the project, the ONE THING missing from screen itself is multi-window searching. I get ten screen sessions open, things get chaotic, and I need to then find a string in any one of them. It would be *beautiful* to simply do a search and have that search go through each one of the buffers, starting with the current one and when it was done with that one, go to the previous, and the one before that, and so on. Is this implemented in one of the 'non-official' screen versions? How about screen-session? )
