List, I am starting to sub out my embroidery to a local shop. I am worried that they may try to go after my customers both for the print and embroidery work. Do any of you use a "no compete contract"? Do you have a blank copy you would be willing to share? If you sub out any of your work LOCALLY, I would be interested in knowing how you handle the situation. TIA
