We often set up a two PO/Invoice system those type customers. One covers the 50% down, the other for the delivery of finished product. Work/orders do not begin until the deposit reaches us. This works pretty well except in cases where time is a crucial factor. Then we use history and experience as a guide. (And we normally take the job anyway, because we need to.) Steve Roney
