Hi:

There should be an intermediate format that you can save to, that COREL
should be able to open. Have you tried this method ? Of course that's
assuming you have Illustrator to begin with. I would imagine that saving
it as a bitmap or .eps or another common extension, will allow you to
open it up in Corel Draw. Of course doing so, you may lose any vectors ...
