Hi List,
I sent some adobe illustrator files from a client to someone else who is
doing the separations for me. He says that no matter what he does when he tries
to output the film, he is getting multiple seps in one output. When he views
the image in print preview, the separation looks perfect but when he goes to
output it, where there should be negative space or omissions of certain colors,
it does not do it, it will print solid.
I was wondering if I could send an image to someone else for them to try and
see if they get the same results as him when they go to separate. He says he
has never had this problem before and has no clue. It is simple spot color
work....and I'm clueless.
Any help is appreciated. I can forward one of the files to you if you're able
to help.
