Scott, It will not cause problems in the wash. It's just like any job where you have to flash multiple times. When flashing you're not really trying to cure the ink but rather just get it beyond the point of wet to the touch. In your case using 305 mesh, you are going to have a very thin laydown of white ink and if you don't have other screens of courser mesh and you have to hit again with the 305, you may find that you need to hit that image many times before you get your required opacity.
