Hey Ken, Changed the subject for ya, might get some better responses. Generally speaking, someone with little to no exp would be in the 7.50 to 9 range depending on area and local economy. You can start them low, if they learn fast then give them raises. Learn slow or fail altogether, you didn't lose much.
