Hi John, we are currently doing something like what you describe. We wanted to place a large partial front graphic along the bottom seam. So we burned the graphic (upside down if you will) very near the edge of the printable area. Then we pulled the platen way forward and loaded the shirt with the seam just over the edge of the platen. Lastly we push flooded and printed towards the machine? It worked great after a few test shirts. I hope this helps you!
