Hi, I have never printed coolers, but why wouldn't you plan to make a profit from them? At $.39 each plus ink, labour, and prep time I would probably quote $1.00 to $1.25 each and a $10.00 screen charge.
Of course pricing might vary depending on the client but never would do it without a profit to pay for my time, utilities etc. Paul Verdin Hands-On Ink Screenprinting -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of screen Print Specialities Sent: Wednesday, July 18, 2007 10:03 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [SE-List] pricing can coolers Hi list, I am wondering how much the rest of you mark up items such as can coolers. I've always considered them as doing a favor for my customer as you really don't make anything on them. (I could be using that time to print shirts and make a profit!) I am currently printing 200 collapsible coolies that cost .39 cents each plus shipping. 1 color logo on 1 side. Thanks for any input.
