The Latest from The Screwdriver List!

Does the machine get past the POST and go through the boot process without
video, or does it simply stop at the POST? If the former, you can on
another machine create a batch file on a bootable floppy to re-flash the
video BIOS automatically.

Subject: From The Screwdriver List: Video Bios Flash Crashes System

Guess I did it this time. Running ME with Athalon 900, 128 MB RAM, and an
Cardexpert GeForce 2 MX video card. When I got card I got updated driver,
installed and running fine. Small flickers in flight simulator had me back
to updating video and sound card. I used video flash utility that came with
card, and on website got what I thought to be correct rom flash. it flashed
successfully, but reported some errors, and can't reboot. Blank screen. Did
I render this card useless?
