[Scribus] Image in text block & command line

Hello.
1) Is it possible to control Scribus via command line? I would like use it
to generate PDF files from dynamicaly generated Scribus native XML file
format.
2) Could I put image into text block? I need, that images putted into text
block float together with related text (if i change heading size or add
some text above, text will shift down and images must do same).
