The output does not show libqt-mt.so.3 so that is a problem.

You need to see if you can find libqt-mt.so.3

as root do      updatedb
then as user    locate libqt-mt.so.3


Does it appear anywhere?  If yes, you need to place it in one of your
ld.so.conf paths or better still, edit ld.so.conf to include
/path/to/libqt-mt.so.3 and then run as root, ldconfig
