[Scribus] configure error in archlinux

qt3.1.2 is compiled with following options;

./configure -prefix /opt/qt -system-zlib -qt-gif \
    -system-libpng -system-libjpeg -plugin-imgfmt-mng -thread -no-stl \
    -no-g++-exceptions
