Marjan,
I think you will find that this is a qt3 problem and that you are
running an older version than
is needed to compile Scribus. I don't remember which version came with
SuSE 8.0 or if you have
updated anything since installing, but if you have, check to see that
you have the qt3-devel files installed as well. If you have not updated
yet, then certainly go to the SuSE ftp mirrors and do so
for more reasons than just compiling Scribus, you won't regret it!
