According to my experiences, it should take about 2 or 3 hours or so...

In case you see any chance that one day you'll restart the compilation
from scratch (after removing anything and untarring the source again) then
I recommend using ccache (ccache.samba.org), recompiling Qt if ccache is
filled up won't take more than half an hour on your machine. It might even
significantly speed up the compilation of a next qt release (and, of
cource, a next scribus release :)).
