I think bulleted/numbered lists and tabs would really be nice to see in Scribus. That is, if Scribus supports tabs, then it would be much easier to "emulate" the lists anyway, but I guess it's not the biggest step to really support lists if tab support is there. So I guess tabs should be on the to-do list... Anyways, I'm not a developer, so I can't really do that, and in OSS you can't tell anyone to do anything, it's just a suggestion... ;-) It would ease quite a bunch of work with Scribus though if we had those features implemented.
