Quotes: Depends on your keyboard. On my Apple US keyboard, I can type
them with ?Alt-[? and ?Alt-{? for the double quotes and ?Alt-]? and
?Alt-}? for the single ones. Different dashes - ? ? are under Alt-hyphen
and Shift-Alt-hyphen.
