[Scribus] Resizable page sizes

I can specify the page size in File/New.  But there appears to be
no way to change the page size after it's been set.  I find the
ability to (dynamically) change page sizes especially useful if
I'm playing around with a custom page size and I need to adjust
my layout by a few inches or cms.  To change the size of my
document I have to create a new document and and import my old
project.  Are there any technical issues why the page size can't
be changed in File/Document Setup...?
