ah well. when digital typography and page design started (DTPD), we only had one measly undo. the discipline was good to understand how to design. consider it a blessing. when the scribus team finally gives you unlimited undos, consider that a blessing too. dtpd is about 'visualizing' first, in your mind, before you touch that mouse. you could even try scribbling as an interim step. the more you sharpen your ability to visualize, the better you get at using scribus or any other tool. the more you expect the mouse to be guided and the undos to doing it, the more you get lost in the hall of mirrors. design is like mastering a samurai sword, or firing an arrow in zen archery. > > - Sandip > :-) LL
