[Scribus] Selecting and moving overlapping frames in 1.2.2cvs

This really is confusing and is a thing where I always get it wrong first 
time. Somehow my head just doesn't keep the ctrl key in there. That's because 
when you select the object below another it's borders get drawn and the 
impression is that I'm able to drag and resize it like a normal object. 
That's why I submitted bug #489.
