I also had to install the qt3.3 development libaries. I am now past the ./configure process and moving on.
I am real impressed with Scribus, since moving to Linux i now have aways to finally get rid of MS especially publisher. I now do my Lions Club Bulletin in Scribus and then convert it to PDF for the copy center. All worked great. I am having a problem importing a .sxd file but have not tryed it yet with the new updates. -- Russ
