[Scribus] bugs.scribus.net server down

Hi,

Just to let you know bugs.scribus.net doesn't respond.
Also, the email relay from this server doesn't work (even when server 
was up) so the poster of a bug doesn't get noticed when someone adds 
a comment to this bug.
