[Scribus] layer menue

Hi,
I'm using Scribus 1.3.1 CVS (SuSE 9.3). If I want to delete a layer in
the layer box, a menue appears "Do you want to delete the objects in
this layer?  Yes or Yes" but I think it should be called "YES"  "NO". In
every case Scribus deletes the layer but the objects are displaced at
the next.
What's the matter?
