[Scribus] PCLinuxOS: Scribus now @ 1.2.1

I mailed the list some time ago to advise on how to upgrade Scribus 1.1.6 in 
PCLinuxOS to 1.2.1 using Mandrake builds. Well now Texstar has made a build 
for 1.2.1 and it's in the PCLOS repositories.
