[Scribus] font fix in SuSe 9.2

FYI SUSE  has posted as of Feb 23, 2005, a fix for Lucida and Utopia fonts 
missing encodings xorg-fonts-75dpi and -100dpi.rpm ; being (2) packages patched

SuSe 9.2 makes a hash of fonts IMHO
