This just a note to translators. Please do not commence translations for 1.3 but continue with 1.2 ones. 1.3 is changing so much its not worth beginning yet. Before announcement the translations were copied from 1.2 to 1.3 so are fairly up to date but 1.3 has changed a decent amount.
