Since the heat doesn't let me sleep, I looked up Wikipedia for some informations. Among others, I found a link to the much recommended book "Die Postscript- und PDF-Bibel" which can be downloaded (as PDF) for free (as in beer). After having had a look, I immediately ordered a printed version.
