There's already much stuff going around here - the list, wiki - one can easily get lost here, in a few months we would need a Scribus traffic newsletter :) IMHO the list is enough for even a multilingual discussion. Even if someone can't answer a question he can translate it for the author so that others can answer it. Yes - I know it would mean longer delays in answering some questions, but there always will be a drawback. Another solution would be a mixed list/forum enviroment where posts from WWW are mailed to the list and vice versa. But this would bring many problems with it - here are already many posts not honouring the "References" header, so proper threading would be a horror.
