Hi Just a quick note to say the Scribus 1.3.x Roadmap is on http://wiki.scribus.net.
Its about as final as we can get it. It will change as features are completed or updated. We will be moving items around, but its a good estimate for now. Please note there are two documents. The first is the roadmap which is based on our plans, and previous requests formed into something other than just a request. The second document is a list of bugs or features we plan to fix or complete in this development series. All the best!
