[Scribus] job ticket system

Hi,
apart from being editors, we also work as an offset printing company. Our 
workflow is organized just as in an offset printing company, just that we 
have outsourced all offset. In order to keep track of all jobs we are looking 
for a decent job ticket system. Any suggestions?
