I see. I would then suggest the use of the Scrapbook. Set a typical header and send it to Scrapbook. Pick it from there when you need it. All that is left is editing this text. This trick doesn't replace a good implementation of a "reverse type" feature where one could set a background to any text without the need for an extra text frame. Such a background would follow the text as it flows.
