It's quite depressing, really. How many of these people even know what 
widows and orphans are? Part of the fault is the ease of the software, 
where people don't NEED to learn these things. Remember when Word became 
the de facto office editor? Productivity went DOWN, because secretaries 
spent hours messing with 15 fonts in a simple memo.

My favourite experience with web design was a resource website for the 
visually impaired. They used a 6-point font, and neither IE's, nor 
Mozilla's text enlargement functions could change it. You had to 
copy-n-paste into a text editor.
